This new course arises from the need to deepen and homogenize knowledge of commercial teams, field technicians and all personnel involved in the chain, in aspects related to the quality of lemon produced in the European Union (Spain) and outside it such as Argentina and South Africa, prepared in a practical way and applied to the current reality of fruit inspections both during arrival at destination and at the origin of production. Topics will be addressed such as the importance and impact of quality in lemon exports and marketing, the main problems (pests, diseases and physiopathies) that we can encounter depending on the producing country and keys to differentiate them, the most effective inspection procedures. and representative today, etc.

The training will allow you to know and learn the different variables that affect the reception of lemons and direct the efforts of the internal work teams towards the cause that generates the greatest problems for us.
